At VSEMIR, every item is a one-of-a-kind vintage piece with its own history. Please read our return policy carefully before purchasing.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be returned in the same condition as received, unused and in its original packaging.

Please note: All items are vintage and pre-owned. Minor signs of age, patina, or wear are part of their character and are always described and photographed honestly. These are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or wrong items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve it promptly.

Return shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was damaged or incorrectly described.
