Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at ilkomira@gmail.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Miroslava Georgieva, Kumanovo village 9153, Varna Region, Bulgaria. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom or personalized items, and personal care products. We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. Please contact us if you have any questions about your specific item.
Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal for EU Customers If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at ilkomira@gmail.com.
Възстановяване на сумите
Ще ви уведомим, след като получим и проверим връщането на продукта. Ако бъде одобрено, сумата ще ви бъде възстановена автоматично по първоначалния ви метод на плащане в рамките на 10 работни дни. Моля, не забравяйте, че обработката и извършването на възстановяването може да отнеме известно време на вашата банка или компания за кредитни карти.
