Vintage Japanese Porcelain Bowl — Iceberg, Floral & Geisha Scene

A stunning vintage porcelain bowl with a unique oriental character, marked ICEBERG on the base. The bowl is lavishly decorated with a dense motif of peonies, chrysanthemums and curling leaves in rich blue, gold and many other colors - a real feast for the eyes from every angle.
Inside, in the center of the bowl, a beautifully hand-painted scene from Japanese court life is revealed: elegantly dressed figures, a horse, a willow tree and a traditional pavilion, all depicted in fine detail.
The scalloped edge adds an extra touch of sophistication.
