Vintage rare rubber toy Dwarf from USSR, 80s

This is an extremely cute, retro rubber figurine (toy) of a garden gnome, which carries the typical nostalgic charm of the last century. The figurine is made of soft, molded rubber and is painted with bright, saturated colors.
The dwarf has a good-natured, smiling expression with large, blue eyes. He is dressed in an orange jacket, blue pants and finished with distinctive yellow shoes with curved, pointed tops. On his head he wears a tall, pointed yellow hat.
The most characteristic element is his "beard", which is made of fluffy, artificial yellow threads (not painted rubber), which gives it texture and uniqueness.
The dwarf holds two large daisies in both hands.
